Oasis Beauty Co.

A Survivor.

A Visionary.

A Woman on a Mission.

Ms. Brooke

My name is Brooke Barrett, and I am the founder of Oasis Beauty Company.

Before I became a business owner, I became a survivor.

In 2019, I was involved in a life-altering car accident that left me with a traumatic brain injury and a spinal cord injury at the C5–C6 level. That moment changed everything. I became a quadriplegic and legally blind—but it did not take away my purpose.

Every day comes with challenges.
Transportation is not always easy.
Working from bed is sometimes my reality.
The world is not always built for people like me.

But I still show up.
I still build.
I still move forward.

Because nothing is going to stop what I know I am called to do.

Why Oasis Beauty Company Exists

Oasis Beauty Company is not just a salon—it’s a solution.

Right now, there are hundreds of salons, but very few are truly accessible.

There are elderly women who want to get their hair done but can’t safely access a salon.
There are individuals with disabilities who are overlooked or turned away.
There are people who simply want to feel beautiful—but don’t have a space designed for them.

That’s where Oasis comes in.

We are building a fully accessible, disability-friendly, full-service salon that serves everyone.

This is about inclusion.
This is about dignity.
This is about changing the standard of the beauty industry.

The Vision

Oasis Beauty Company will provide:
• Accessible salon stations and equipment
• Services for all ages and abilities
• A welcoming, high-quality experience for every client
• A space where no one feels left out

This is not charity.
This is a business built on purpose—and built to last.
